The Inner Calm Mindfulness Manual provides teachers, students, and parents with the necessary tools and information to facilitate a highly effective system of research-based techniques that help manage challenges that show up at home and in the classroom. The guidebook is rooted in the pillars of breathing, stretching, relaxation
Specifically helps to relieve the challenges of:
- Emotional instability
- Short attention span
- High anxiety
- Oppositional Defiance
- Disruptive and violent actions
Behavior does not happen in isolation. The Mindfulness guidebook uses a systematic approach to reinforce positive behavior by focusing on the young person, their family, and the extended community and schools. Through our program, teachers, parents, and students will be provided with the tools that encourage them to:
- Strive for wellness
- Practice self-awareness and introspection
- Improve the relationship between parents and children, as well as the relationship between teacher and students.
