Refund & Cancellation Policy

Class bookings

You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the session starts, from your account's My Bookings page. Bookings cancelled inside that 24-hour window aren't refundable through self-service — contact us if something's come up and we'll take it case by case.

If we cancel or reschedule a session on our end, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to move to another session, your choice.

Digital products (ebooks & guides)

Digital products are delivered electronically and are final sale once downloaded. If a digital product is genuinely defective (won't open, corrupted file, wrong file, etc.), contact us and we'll provide a replacement.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
